Question: I' am 16 and my penis is a little more then 4"s long, my penis has not grown in about 1 to 2 years, does that mean it has stopped growing? My cousin says that my girth is a little more than his, but his penis is longer than mine and thicker at the base.

You have a lot of years to grow yet, be patient, when you are with something everyday you don't notice small changes

how big is it when its hard? some males appendage gets smaller when it is soft. then there is those who stay the same size soft or hard.

Most guys are around 4 or 5 inches and it doesnt matter because when its erected its probably a few inches bigger right. Im around the same size and im 16 years old too...dont worry about it dude
