Go to bed, set your alarm, over the next week get back into going to bed at a reasonable time.
I stay up late, always have, always will. But this morning I was at work at 6am so I went to bed a bit earlier ( not early enough, but it was enough to give me a bit more sleep, that I needed).
WE all need sleep. It is best to get it at the best tie of the day which is normally night time. Especially if we have to be awake in the day time.
1 am is better than 4am. 5 hours sleep is better than 2 etc etc.

If it is hard to get to sleep, just lie there, relax, completely flop and don't move. You will doze off...........................

if you're going to school today.. then just stay up for 24 hours. itll be worse to have like... 4 hours sleep. makes you feel more tired to have a few hours of sleep. loll.. you wont fall asleep at school. You'll be past being tired.
then just go to bed at like 10 tonight. and you'll be alright for school tomorrow .... its what i'd do. lol..

Easy as that :P

i'd stay up and catch a few zzz's during the boring classes

simular to jet lag, nights mixed up with days, takes a few days to adjust.

go to bed now naked it feels really good
