Just genetics. Somewhere in your family line is a culture that didn't grow much facial hair (American Indians are one) and it got passed down to you in the DNA transfer. All the guys I know say shaving is a pain, feel blessed. Most women like a clean smooth face anyway.

Nothing wrong. Just genetics. So you have to shave your eyebrows instead of your chin and cheeks. No big deal.
