Yes, it will increase along with you mind capacity as you age.

There is little muscle in the wrist area. So it is unlikely it will increase dramatically. You can 'round' out your wrists by doing wrist curls. Or improve your forearms to make your wrists seem bigger. Many people worry about the seize of their wirsts I wouldn't worry about it
