Tips on cutting down the last 5% body fat?!
Question: I've been lifting for about 2 years, and my entire body has changed...except for the abs. My new routine is working out sunday-wednesday weight lifting & 15-25 minute cardio.
I'm around 14% body fat last time i checked, and i want to reach my goal of 7-9%. I've cut out all sugars, junk foods, deep fried foods from the diet. Any suggestions on what else i can do to get better results? Maybe hyrdoxycut?

Your body is getting use to your current diet so do a totally different food intake so your body will READJUST to a new stress LIKE if u wear your watch on the right wrist start wearing it on the left so your brain will reconfigure and grow new brain cells coz u created new stress or challenge however small it may seem .
