It depends on how long you did it. If you are done in 2 minutes, you wouldn't stay very fit...and probably wouldn't stay in a relationship very long. :D

Hey, don't tell me you are too lazy to exercise!! However, if u are keen in making sex as your form of exercise, doing it maybe three or four times a week is just fine..

frequency is way less imporatnt than duration of the exercise. A good workout done once a day would be better than 20 little exercise periods. Need to work the muscles as well as get the heart rate up for proper exercise. However sex may not be as complete a workout as one might need for overall fitness. But if combined with lots of vigorous foreplay I bet an hour a day would sure help one's fitness level.
