Conditioning for pushups?!
Question: ok so i need to be able to do 40 push ups minimum by February 12 which is like a (week and 4 days) . But anyways right now i can only reach 20 maximum. Do you think this is possible? IS there even a way i can probably do like 30 tommorrow if i do a lot today ( because i have nothing to do today)??
Background- On January 10th we began conditioning and i could hardly do 1 pushup, now February 1 i can do 20...
