Gaining a lot on benchpress fast?!
Question: I need a work out schedule that will allow me to up my bench max a good bit and quickly. I have about a month I want to do it all natural, or at least not illegal. I am open to supplements but not roids.

ok this is the workout schedule i use
mon: chest,tricep/abs
tuesday: cardio
wed: bicep/back /legs
thurs: cardio
friday: same as monday
next week..switch bicep to monday /frid and chest to wed..keep rotating like that
chest isnt everything! make sure ur not overtraining..because if ur wokring out everyday..the same muscles..umm ur muslces wont grow..remember ur muscles grow when they are at rest not when are being worked out and take creatine..very good supplement.

do it natural run a mile everyday. go to the gym 2 a week
The key is variety. Just doing a bench press every other day or two is not going to go quickly. Be sure to work in dumbell presses. Lie flat bench and do presses with a dumbell in each hand. Also, the secondary muscles in bench press are the triceps and anterior deltoids. So do some arm and shoulder exercises too. Lastly, make sure you use proper form. Do your reps slowly and evenly. Sure, if you hustle and rush, you might be able to squeeze out another rep or two, but that does more harm than good. Slow, steady, even reps win the race.
Try and do your body weight and go from there...
