Right exercise schedule ?????!
Question: I am trying to stay fit with some muscular look may be. But htis is my schedule.
Bicep & Chest : mon, wed, fri
Shoulders & tricep : tue, thu, sat.
This is done along with 30 min cardio.
Let me know if this is good or should I be changeing it. Also suggest the changes.

cuase ur working out ur upper muscles each and everyday
and u shouldn't do that
u should work like this
upper muscles : mon . wed. fri
ur legs and stuff like hamstrings : tue thu sat
Yeah, I agree with the guy above. You should be rotating your workout between upper and lower body. Work on your arms one day, your legs the next and then your arms again, so on, so on.
When lifting weights, it actually causes little tears to occur in your muscle tissue and so your muscles need a day to recover before being worked again to gain the best results.
