Question: forearm crunches like grab a curl bar and just use the forare to life it set ur arms on a flat surface might help also and i cant remember the name but have a short bar like 12" witha rope or chain atached to the center and a weight at the end and just roll the bar to bring the weight up the back down

Hold a floor mat with your both hands stretched upfront. And roll it and unroll it. Its just a simple but very effective way.
