Could I grow more or have i stopped growing?!
Question: I'm 17 years old and I am 5 ft 5 1/2 inches. I think I already had a growth spurt because I grew about 3 inches in the summer going into 8th grade so that's when I was about 14 years old but after that I grew about half an inch than I grew 1/4 of an inch than I have grown about 1/6 of an inch this year. It just dramatically decreased to almost nothing.
I will be 18 this November so in about 11 months.
My dad is 5 ft 10 inches and my mom is 5ft 4 inches.
Could i have another growth spurt or am I done? All my friends had a growth spurt and kept growing steadily but I just dramatically stopped growing.
I've also noticed that i stopped growing when I was running track and because I'm slightly bow legged I put a lot of pressure on my legs when I run. Could that have stopped me from growing because I started running track and running intensively in 7th grade, right after my growth spurt.
Could I keep growing and get to 5ft 10 or do you think I'm done?

Good news for you! Men grow up until they are about 24. That doesn't mean that you will grow more but the option is there for your body if it wants to. Based on your parents you should finish at 5'9 or 5'10 but your never know!

You still young and you will grow for at least another 2-3 years. Trust me. Plus usually kids are a lot taller then their parents. Also who do you look like the most? Check family tree and see who from your parents parents is tall.
