its a minor problem.. but cumulatively it can cause disaster... to rule out all of the urine out, better have urine in the squatting toilet, squatt and press the left side, using your point and the middle finger, press the PC muscle (pubbococcygeal muscle) immedietly behind the testes and sound like you want to clear your throat... squeeze until nothing was left in the urethra...

If it is only a dribbling problem, it's common to many men, don't worry. If this condition is associated with decreasing of size and strength of the urine stream, then could be Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) and you should go to your doctor (especially you are older than 40)
