Erectile Dysfunction?!

Question: My fiancee sometimes has a difficult time maintaining an erection and other times simply cannot climax. He doesn't have diabetes or any other medical condition. The sad thing is that he has no problem acheiving these goals by himself... if you know what I mean. Is it psychological? Its causing stress in our relationship. Is there anything I can do to help him?

could be combination of physical and psychological These are some ways to combat ED

(5) Avoid Spicy, fatty, oil foods
Chinese herbal medicine is very good.
Good luck

Look for the original cause of stress in your relationship that was the start of the problem and now that it has started and that adds to the original problem it all becomes one vicious cycle. Causes for the original problem could be:

1) sex routine was getting boring
2) you or he is getting fatter and that turns him off
3) he has realized he is playing for the wrong team
4) he is cheating
5) his time practicing alone created some fantasies that haven't been verbalized and that is the only thing that turns him on. (this can sometimes be associated with too much porn; i.e. oversexed)
6) depending on his age, it could actually be the start of ED
7) something else; physical or mental or both

you may also want to check the prostate.

Goodluck.

A common cause of erectile dysfunction in younger men is an atypical masturbatory style, particularly masturbating in the prone (face-down) position. This is a troublesome condition called Traumatic Masturbatory, or TMS. TMS causes severe sexual dysfunction in most men who practice it. The web site HealthyStrokes .com has more information about TMS and how it can be overcome.

Another common cause is the use of antidepressants.
