Male chest issues?!
Question: Well I'm a 13 year old male and my Nipples feel like they are bruised which I would have no Idea how they got bruised and they are Hard I no that when u r cold your nipples tend to harden. That isn't the case.

Its normal.. In puberty there is an inballance in hormones. boys also have estrogen, just in way lower amounts than girls, however during puberty your body makes a lil more. This is what is causing your problems, dont worry, it will pass.
Does your shirt rub against your nipples? That could cause some soreness/irritation.
Plus it's colder, so I guess your nipples might be harder from that.
