You need to do a lot more weight training if you wanna bulk up....eat a meal before the workout, and the whey immediately afterwards....if you want then run after that, but that will not have you bulk up
30 min before, and 30 min after.

You would drink it about 30 min before you hit the weights to gain the muscle mass it will work through your workout and your run increasing muscle mass and endurance.
you should run, lift weights, then take a protein shake. what do u do when u lift?
