Two Health Questions, can someone please help?!
Question: 1st of all,I thought I had blackheads on my nose.There were like lots of tiny black dots on it.I tried using a cleaner.Plus one of those stick on removers.When I finished,I saw that I was left with these white dots instead.
They were like tiny seeds or something. I tried scratching one of it out.It was rther painful and very difficult,since it was so small.I discovered that I had dug out a tiny white seed or something.There was a correspondingly tiny crater left in my nose,hardly noticeable, even up close.So what is this thing?And how do I cure it?
Another question concerns my friend. 2 of them actually.
Basically, when they push down the foreskin of the penis,they said that they have some 'sorta yellow scabbish things'.It seems to be like'dried, flaky yellow colour outgrowth on the inside of the penis, around the bottom of the head'.Some of the outgrowth apparently has become quite big, about 2mm or so.Pulling out seems to be too painful.What is it and whats the cure?

The first one is that the blackheads have pus remaining while is left in the pore, try using some deep pore scrub.
The second question is to wash your penis reguarlly, if you do this already go and see a doctor.
