hi am a doctor and i think i know what your problem is. if you masturbate more then once a day it should hurt because all off the sperm cells are out of your body and second time their is nothing left to come out so it trys to pump something out and it cant so it hurt but its nothing to worry about.

Right after you ejaculate (when the semen comes out), you have what is called a refractory period, the time it takes for your penis and testicles to rest and recover and get ready to go again.
