omg milk with do the trick trust me. and certain apple juices as well milk can make it soft but if you drink to much it will become like water so be careful.

I drink 1 tablespoon of flax seed oils. No need to explain.

Drink lots of water and you will never have a problem!

2 cups of warm or hot water first thing in the morning is the easiest, cheapest solution, and one of the most effective.

actually milk and other dairy produce like cheese makes it more solid. fibre the best way and also drink more fluids and try to avoid alcohol as it dehydrates the body

lots and lots of fiber rich foods, water, veggies, and fruist. and if you are still having problems, take a stool softener not a laxative.

You need more fiber in your diet. Eat vegetables and fruits. Green, leafy vegetables and peas are especially good. Also eat whole grains. Get whole grain bread. Some breads say whole wheat bread, but all bread is made of wheat. Just because it's brown doesn't mean it has whole grains. What you want to be eating is the actual parts of the seed to get fiber. You should have about 25 grams of fiber a day at least.
