When will I start growing proper Stubble?!

Question: Im 15 and have been shaving for about 7 months. After i shave my facial hair is kind of stubbly but that goes away fast. How much longer till ill start growing real stubble. About When will I have to start shaving everyday (I shave bout once/ twice a week now)... How long till it grows in as whiskers?

Some men never really grow real stubble, its just stays like fluff on their face. It all depends on your hair color and whether it is thick or not, as to when it will start showing as thick hair on your face.
