a close friend of mine just recently had this problem... most commonly doctors will try treating it with anti-inflammitory medication, antibiotics and things of that nature which may help it go away naturally... if these do not work, and the patient chooses not to undergo long term use of pain medicine for treatment of the pain only... the next step is surgery. What they perform the surgery on is dependent upon what part of the testicle/reproductive tract is affected by the cyst.
Go and see your doctor and he or she will do a simple painless surgery. It is that simple.
