I have had depression for 20 years. I am looking for a case worker who can help with med insurance,disability etc. and many small items I cannot do. Any help is appreciated..Thanks David

Get in touch with your local Mental Health Organization for an intake interview. Once accepted they will give you all the help you need to accomplish this. They charge on a sliding scale and while you wait for the Social Security process to get going they will not charge anything if you do not have a source of income.
