Im 22 year old male, Im a slim guy i do hit up the weights a lot like every other day, However i notice that i get angry quicker and my friends notice that it looks like everytime they ask me something i kind of blow them off and get upset when someone asks me to do something i was told this could be because i go to the weight room and hit up high weights.. I notice to i get upset easy when someone talks to me i never used to be like this would could be the problem...

I notice i slam doors i get lazy from time to time and don't want to deal with any thing or anybody i have a sudden temper if someone even jokes around with me...

I hear that martial arts is really good for this type of problem. It helps keep you controlled, balanced and confident. Also Yoga.
If your body is producing too much testosterone this can cause the moody and grumpyness.
Try other less aggressive exercises, like swimming and jogging. Walking is surprisingly very beneficial for this. There are books about the amazing benefits of walking. I always feel better after walking. (one or two miles even is enough to refresh you)
Also make sure you are drinking enough water.
