What are the symptoms of a nervous break down?

I spent much of the last two days curled in the fetal possition on my couch. The thought of doing anything made me panic.

I am on medication for depression and have been for some time. recently my work situation has been very difficult my boss has taken up makeing demeaning comments, and cutting my hours.
