my friend self harms
1stly i need help now, she is telling me she is about to commit suicide on msn and keeps going offline
2ndly does anyone know of anywhere to go in the aylesbury, bucks area where u can go to get help with self harm?

i self harm myself she needs 2 seek help it doesn't matter how many time you advise her 2 stop she wont its hard it the only way she gets relief try telling her some other tactic's to release the stress like snapping a band on her hand crushing ice be there if she needs 2 talk but try 2 get her 2 see a doctor as they can help her better than anyone also u say she said she want 2 commit suicide is she with someone maybe if shes at home with a relative and ur really worried call them and inform them ur worried and 2 watch her maybe they can support her in getting help all the best
