1 Have postive outlook in life.
2. Do some exercise daily in morning and evening- Pranayam, Yoga. Pray if you can daily-some mantra chanting
3. Eat well and rest well .
4, Be sincere in life and both at work and off work
5. Smile and be sensitive to others.
6 Do not watch useless negative news and crap TV program- instead go for walk or talk to some one close to you.
7. Listen to soothing music which you like

You will be cheerful thus..I am sure...
