How effective is Lexapro in treating SAD,OCD and depression?

I'm 19 and suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder,Depression and Social Anxiety.About 2 months ago my GP put me on 10mg a day of Aropax which made me incredibly drowsy.Now my phychiatrist has taken me off it and gotten me on 10mg of Lexapro a day.What kind od side effects can I expect and how effective is it?

Answers:

I was on 30mg of Lexapro, and all I can say about it is......the withdrawls are horrible, I didn't have any side effects while I was on it though
