My circadian clock has gotten out of sync. Awake all night ; then sleep from 7 until noon. What can I do?
This condition just seemed to happen over a short period of time. I'm 76, so maybe this is just another aggravation that I must learn to live with. I don't think it's depression induced.

If your saying that your sleeping pattern is messed up then I suggest not going to sleep for a whole day, then closing your eyes at about 8:00. Also, sleeping pills help, but you can get addicted to those.
