What are some ways to relax and go to sleep?
...Without using medication. I am too restless and there are sounds in my head that won't go away and I cannot fall asleep.
Answers:
When I have trouble falling asleep, I take a hot
bath or shower, and I have something to eat so
I don't try sleeping on an empty stomach.
Also, as was mentioned on a previous post on
your question, excersize during the day helps a lot.
