I've had this preformed on me. It was done 1x/week for 8 weeks, along with 1x/week counseling. I was able to get a lot out, that i couldn't bring my self to say otherwise. I was not unconscious, and I knew what I was saying and doing. For me it was just a way to get SERIOUSLY relaxed, and able to say anything I needed to.
