Depression. at what point is GP intervention required?!
Question:
Depression. at what point is GP intervention required?
i have battled depression since my teens and have been off antidepressants for over 2 years but since this time, i have often thought maybe i should be back on them as i am getting bogged down by it again. i have slipped back into self harming after 5 months free and i have had suicidal ideation (i dont intend to follow it through but the thoughts still occur) and lately i have been seeing things. insects that noone else has seen. at what point do you need to bite the bullet so to speak and go to the doctor? i dont want to be medicated again
