School exhaustion???!
Question:
School exhaustion???
When I go home from school I am always the one last 1st year student whose always the last to arrive at home(cause it's always an hour before we arrive at home and probably I wait for my big sister which sometimes has 4:00 or 5:30 pm schedules at school) and I'm currently in the cream section of my batch(what the hell!)...How could I manage to study for quizzes when I always get to sleepy after I finished my homeworks...And probably when I alarm my cellphone at 3:00 am or something like that to study, I won't wake up (cause I can't even hear it even if it's in its full volume)...And one thing when I drink coffee my mind is on the TV and not on my studies...and one teeny-weeny fact when I make a plan to manage my time I would always exceed in the time in doing my homeworks...so please if you have an idea that'll make my life lighter...I'll appriciate it so much
Answers:
Sounds like you might need to get a healthy lifestyle - drink less coffee, watch less TV, get more sleep, eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg.
Don't attempt to study at 3:00 am, your body isn't ready for it. Cut out the coffee and the late night TV and you might sleep more soundly. Get some exercise, but not too late in the day. This both helps you to sleep and makes you more alert. Is there something physical (sport, dance, cycling...) that you could get into?
