That's enough rudeness!
I assume you cut your arms. You have a large vein(i think, it's blue), you can see it near your wrist if you're not fat. Blood pulses through it and that's why you can feel your heart beat.
They hurt because of nerve endings. After the releif of the cut, the pain kicks in(I think. I don't quite understand cutting)
