I THINK MY FRIEND IS SUISIDAL! What can I do?

And I quote... "Some people feels like their life isnt worth it. They just dont wanna live anymore. Then they commit suiside. they think in their heads, "Why am I living? I'm not appriciaded at all. My life is pointless. I can just go die." they kill themselves and that is how sometimes i feel too."

How can I help her? She's a few years younger than me. She's too young. Heck, I'M to young to go. I'm really worried.
