I cant stop crying?!!!!!?

ok i just turned 17 on friday and i cant stop crying........ i think somthing is really bugging me i just dont know what like lastnight i went to a concert and i was hanging out with my friend katokisses anyway yeah so we where hanging out and i havent seen her in so long but all i did was cry i wanted to cut myself so badly lastnight but i couldnt cuz that would make everything worse whats wrong with me????

ok so something bad happen to me alittle while ago which im not going to say but it totally messed my life up BIG time and i guess it just seem really hard to let go of

ok as you said there are problems at the back of your mind, so these are probably still making you feel bad. also, as i don't think you've been that happy in a long time, seing your friend after such a long time and the fact that it made you happy, may have been a bit of a shock, or maybe you cried because you haven't been happy in so long, which would be upsetting as you want to feel happy like that more often.
(does that make sense? did in my head! lol)

WELL DONE on not cutting, that takes a lot of strength. keep that strength going. also, don't worry too much about crying - it means you are letting out your emotions, it's another relief system that may help to stop you from cutting. Cry your eyes out, it can really help!
