How do I fix my severe eating disorder?!
Question: How do I fix my severe eating disorder?
I'm 19, no doctor to go to. What do I do?
Answers:
what helps me is brushing my teeth often because it will make food taste horrible. i was a binge eater my whole life until the age of 22 when i met my (now) husband. growing up i'd always be concerned with whether or not i'd have food so i would eat as much as i could whenever i could and it just continued with me later in life. i stopped binging when i met him... i guess he filled a void that i had...none of this is really advice but i thought i'd share anyway. (also i never made myself puke and never weighed more than 117, weird i know)
So it would depend if you are gaining weight or not. All cases are different.
-Some people have absorption problems so they have to go through more food.
-Others might do so due to stress.
-Perhaps you work more physically? That increases the body's demand for energy.
One way, is to eat food with a lower calorie content, like food with high water and/or fiber but lower carb/fat content. This means you can still eat, but you will have less weight problems.
Foods like that are a few veggies, and some fruits.
Or, you can just ration your food, set three packed meals everyday, with the 1:2:1 ratio of carbs/fats, veggies and fruit. This will keep it balanced. Beans will be included with veggies, but not too much, as a body's growth level off after puberty, so you don't need that much protein.
Remember, I can only offer you advice. When it comes down to diet, it all comes down to your own motivation and determination.

Dear chubbers,
I recommend you try and pry the fork out of your mouth, to eliminate the likely chance of you exploding and covering the town in your greasy obese KFC tainted blood.
Also, I know it's hard and just downright insane, but try to roll yourself of your couch and take a jog around the biggest part of your house (the kitchen).
