I'm so confused about how to get better?!
Question: I'm so confused about how to get better?
Recently I've noticed a change in my thinking. I'm able to take a more proactive approach to alter my perception & I feel like I'm gaining more control over myself. However, I'm sort of wishy-washy about this and can't tell if it's real or not. I basically have a really difficult time thinking and simultaneously being aware of what I'm thinking. I've noticed when I try to relax I feel a greater sense of control, but I have an incredibly difficult time relaxing.
How do I get better at thinking and gain more control over myself? Any tips are appreciated.

I dont kno if this is any help but when i was 15 i smoked 'weed' for a couple of months with friends stupidly! ( not saying u have) but it can cause schizophrenia anyway it made me very mentally ill one day i smoked some and had bad thoughts 'thought disorder? ' im not sure i used to have hot sweats didnt feel myself felt i wasnt in control anymore i cried mornin to night was like the thoughts in my head wernt my own etc. It took me three months to get back to 'normal', my opinion of my own experience you have the strength and ability to correct your mind (i did)you probably think about the condition too much which is not good all i can suggest is get busy keep your mind off of it as much as possible and see if that makes a difference tell yourself your are fine because you are its just a slight techniqal hitch which u need to re-gain control of and you can. Hope tht was of some help. PS obviously i dont smoke that rubbish anymore !
Ask your therapist.. .they're more qualified in those types of questions.. Good luck with trying to get better! :D
