I don't know whether this is an addiction or just some kind of compulsion but you need to get help right away because it is unhealthy which you said you know but you can't go it alone you need therapists maybe even residential treatment and medication.

My best guess

It is extremely dangerous the act of using rubbing alcohol in your mouth. These are very toxic and could lead to a situation in which you would jeopardize your health in a way that could not be reversed.

Yes, it is an addiction, and one that you need to rid yourself of as soon as possible.

The longer you wait to obtain this help, the more dangerous of a situation you could cause to exist and the better the chance of killing yourself.

Yikes! =/

Doesn't that kill brain cells?

Self-control man. Try meditating.

Good luck.

 That is an addiction and you might have to consult with a therapist. You can get high and it is killing brain cells every time you inhale those substances.

Sounds like an episode for my strange addiction. You really need to seek help because that stuff could kill you.
