try going to sleep one day without an alarm clock or anything that awake you. If you sleep more than you normally do, adjust your schedule accordingly. Medical specialists say that the ideal amount of sleep is one such as you awake naturally.
Of course it's bad, you should have 6-8 hours of sleep every night. Depending on age. If you are a teen you should be sleeping for 8 hours at night at the minimum. Naps are okay, as long as you don't let them interfere with your sleep at night.
Please try to not sleep in day and sleep at night for 6-7 hours
