Ugh I know how you feel... my mom gets like that towards me sometimes when she's tipsy *between drunk and sober*, which is a lot. plzzz message me if you want to talk! sar3527@yahoo.com! I just deal with it and cry later... its the only thing I can do...
dont try suicide >> my suggestion would be to not forget next time? mothers would really appreciat some love after a year of hard work (mothers day not included). how about you try carrying about 7 to 8 pounds of weight around your stomach and over your bladder so that you need to waddle when you walk and need to pee every few hours because there is this huge baby right on top of ur bladder? and im not talking a DAY dood im talking 6 to 7 months of this. and after all of that, try having a baby that doesnt appreciates the mother that went through all that trouble just to give birth to a self absorbed baby that wont even give a seconds thought to the trouble the mother took to get her here.
and maybe you should remind your dad that he is the one that got her pregnant and made her carry all that wieght for months and had to probably wake up in the middle of the night to pee.
im just saying >>
If you know your mom gets her feelings hurt every year when you forget, why are you surprised and wondering what to do after you forgot again? It seems like you made a conscious decision to hurt her feelings before hand. You don't have to spend money to make a card or write a note.
Personally, I'm not real big on valentines day either, but if you know its a really big deal to someone you care about, then its important to make the effort. Really, this should be your dad's job, too but if they don't love each other anymore, maybe your mom's only consolation is that her kids love her.
