Question: What is it when you can't recall certain words that you know?

i'm relatively healthy, but i'm having some difficulty recalling words when i'm speaking with people and under a little pressure. i have to change and use a less appropriate word or there's a long stupid pause that seems awkward!

Dyslexia.

I generally hate using wikipedia but it's the same info on most sites and this is the first link that popped up.

My two cents/pence would be that you are over-thinking the matter. Do you have a problem with health anxiety or hypochondria?
If you THINK that you're forgetting words more often than usual then you absolutely, certainly will. I've had this problem before in the past and trust me, it's completely normal.
The very fact that you say 'under a little pressure' says to me that you are thinking about it too much.
