I mix up words that are completly different from what i want to say somtimes, like i wanted to call this guy a *****, instead i said brick

Sounds like a "world salad" the term is mostly used to describe how Schizohprenics talk, and if you feel like you have a mental disorder you see a psychiatrist right away. There's nothing to be ashamed about.
I read alot about mental disorders such as Schizophrenia and I also suffer from Depression, Anxiety and OCD
It is not Aspergers but it may be a disorder such as dyslexia
