Question: Is there something mentally wrong with me?

Im not quite sure how to explain it but i will feel really low and depressed for a month or more and every so often i will have one good day then back to depressed, i don't know why. I don't really like getting into social situations and won't talk to people i don't know first, they end up talking to me. Its actually got to the point now where i don't care about anything and considering ending it all if you understand. I have also had a lot of dreams lately about killing people i hate, fighting, just violence really.

The depression has gone on for some time now, at least 2 years but i never thought anything of it until it starting getting worse. I won't even make conversation with my parents anymore even though i live with them.

Dec, You need to be evaluated by a professional it sounds like some kind of chemical imbalance, I know all about "The Deep Dark Hole" that depression causes and that's how i describe it, You have to talk to someone a counselor at school, I can't believe ur parents just let u stay in ur room and don't notice ur depression, PLEASE call out for Help before u hurt yourself or someone else, these thoughts are not normal.You can always call on me if you do want to let some of these feelings out just go to my profile. It's clinical depression, impossible to get rid of on your own, and it will only get worse.
Go to your doctor and tell him everything, he will either give you antidepressants, or he will refer you to a psychiatrist, who will give you some.
