How can I improve concentration?!

Question: How can I improve concentration?
? I have very good memory but sometimes I get very anxious to do something.

Most of the time when this happens to me is when I plan things. When this happens my concentration is hard for me to get back. I hate it because when I have time to study my mind just paralyzes and I can't study. BUT when I don't have interest in doing it. I can easily study like a normal person. ?

Any ideas?

Yogas great! Stretching everydays great also, and I mean real good where you feel the stretch. And hold the stretch for a while. Stretchings real good because it releases tension naturally as will as something else that is suppose to make you taller 4got...but its really impt to stretch and release the tension. Sometimes just before I get all of a suddenly un motivated for HW or whatever I take an hr sleep or 2 and it really makes a difference! I get up and its this renewed energy and the motivations back! If you really want to over achieve running 2 miles a day really increases your natural stamina throughout the day. It really does...if you have to do tread mill by all means but study shows 2 miles a day or more early in the morning with fresh air is healthy and it also gives you the endurance and mind strength to take on the day! It cures a lot of sad emotions and makes you look great! Hope this helps...And trust me It works! Because I struggle with this myself! =D

Make it a great day! <3

Try Yoga 2-3 times a week if you want a natural cure.
