last hope for depression and anxiety?!

Question: Last hope for depression and anxiety?
i will try to keep this brief. depression and anxiety are destroying my life. it is not just a problem that is disruptive once in a while. but rather something that has taken over me completely. i have not had friends in years. i have never dated a woman. and i feel so lonely that its difficult to breath. i wrestle with thoughts of death now. and at night time when laying in bed...i feel very agressive and hostile. it has imprisoned me. i feel very left out of life, society, and i feel there is nothing i can do. it is like a trap set for before me. no one else has it liek this. i am telling you. at least no one i know.

counseling is not helping much. im looking for some advice is all. its my last hope.

any advice/experience you can share is appreciated in advance. thank you.

im in my mid twenties.

First off how old are you?

Ask your doctor to prescribe a pill called Extine 20 an anti-depressant, take half a pill at night after food, depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. You need to tell yourself, the depression you are feeling isn't real and you can and will over come it. These pills stop obsessional thoughts and will help you sleep easier. Also try stepping out of your comfort zone, part of depression is the feeling that you are trapped... go out, take a trip over seas, do something new... take up a spot, hell go to the gym. Also tell yourself life isn't all about social interaction, you need to love urself and the world around you, go for a walk or hike up a mountain and realize how beuatiful and big the world is.. you can do anything in life... just step out of ur comfort zone. Depression is not real, feeling low or moody from time to time is and everyone experiences it, depression is a medical issue and can be treated... you can be happy again... just keep telling urself that. And remember I might not know you, have held your hand and laughed and cried with you... but i love you, and i think ur a great person... if u can go that far just by writing something, imagine what u could do if u just stepped out of ur comfort zone and tried.

Life and depression

You will need some mood lifting actions as soon as possible. Physical exercise is helpful if repeated
several times a week like walking/jogging/treadmill. Nutrition can be a strong mood lifter, some details here:
