why do I go into shock and deep depression when I have to learn math?!

i think you may have a fear of the subject maybe due to a traumatic experience related to maths as a child. or you could simply hate the sheer boredom that will come of doing maths. maybe before you start learning, tell yourself this will be fun! to get into the positive mindset
