I need some help with a sudden depression?!


Question: I need some help with a sudden depression?
ok, i think i have 2 causes for this:
#1 is that i have a very important piano test coming up next Sunday, and i don't feel ready at all. if i pass i finally graduate and am free to do whatever i want. if i don't, i'm not exactly sure but it's definitely not gonna be good (i'll at least have to take another year of piano of the same stuff, and everyone will hate me). i don't really feel ready at all; one out of my five pieces is hardly even memorized! but even so, each time i take a piano test or perform in public i panic, even if my songs are fine. but this is probably the most important, i don't feel ready, and i'm getting hella depressed and freaked out!
can someone please tell me how to relieve my pressure and make me feel better?
#2 is really really stupid, and i don't know why i feel this way. I just finished watching a series, and i noticed the heroine has a practically perfect life with almost everything i've ever wanted (well actually she had a rather hard childhood, but that just makes her a better heroine :P). and i'm insanely jealous. i know it's really stupid and weird, but thinking about how much she has just makes me feel worse. and another slightly weird thing is that i still like the series and the heroine. please, can someone help me get over this?

ok, you have nothing to fear, underdog, is hear! and know that all the people that you preform in front of cannot do as good as job as you do playing the piano at your age..even the teacher, she might be good at what she does, but how long did it take her to get there? so practice, practice, practice, and keep what i just told you in mind, because you are good or you wouldn't have gotten this far..so don't quit, and give it you best, and that's what it will be..maybe a different form of stress relief is in order for you, and that is to not compare yourself to who other heroines are and be your own, and work out to music 3 times a week and listen to how good it sounds and feels, and know this is what you do..as a music angel, and bless us all with music..hope this helps you..peace



I would start by going to bed early, getting some good sleep, waking up and getting a nice breakfast and maybe a morning walk. Sounds simple but..... it works...

And make sure to drink enough water everyday. I feel terrible when I'm dehydrated, which most people probably are.
