Talking to friends always helps. You know that you aren't ever going to do something like that again and you need to first forgive yourself. If that and other events are causing you pain it helps to get some counseling or therapy. You don't have to punish yourself, you don't deserve that you deserve the best that life has to give. I assume you have changed and moved on. But it isn't complete until you forgive yourself.

Oh man. :( Breakups are always hard. Especially when you later find out they've been talkin crap about you behind your back.

The best way I know how to get past it would be for you to go through your e-mail contact list and if she's still in it, delete the entry. If you have any Social Media pages like Facebook, Twitter, etc delete her from those. Either get rid of (or at least box up and hide) all photos and letters. With those reminders of her out of sight, it will be easier to forget your pain. Just be sure you don't go to places (online or IRL) that have any special significance to the two of you - at least for a while - until you know you're over the heartache and can take it again.

I know you're hurting now, but life does move on and there will be another woman out there that you will fall in love with and will treat you with the love and respect you deserve and you won't feel this pain. Good luck. :)

for the mean time have a look at steve g jones, type into youtube steve g jones stess relief or something like that, its a short vidio that just helps you to be for the moment be relived of stress :)

just let time heal your wounds if you stress about it too much its gonna make it worse. so just let it be and keep your self busy do stuff that you like to do by your self :)
