Do i need to ask for help?!

Question: Do i need to ask for help?
I was diagnosed with clinical depression about two months ago and i have been missing allot of my classes in school because i would start crying in the middle of class. I have ADD and Ive been taking adderal for it since the begging of the school year. The doctor that persribes the medicine for me switched me to a different one that is a anti-depressant. But what i find hard to tell people is that i feel as if my depression comforts me. I feel as if im leaving a part of me behind by taking the anti depressant. I don't want people thinking that i want to be depressed for attention, thats why i don't tell anyone. is it weird that i find it comforting? its still a painful and confuesing feeling, but i just feel like its a part of me and i cant leave it behind.

start writing a journal and write it all down until you feel like you can articulate your exact problems, then shave them down to a few key points and tell someone, so they know exactly where you're coming from and don't get confused as to what your actual problem is. good luck!

These are the very best medications you can take to resolve your issue. First, recognize you are sick, second really want to resolve it. The chance is you know you need help, but you do not want to be cured. No one can keep you away from that problem simplest it can be seen if you are not ready to resolve it.

its not weird but you do need help so you can get better
