I can feel a anxiety attack coming on?!


Question: I can feel a anxiety attack coming on?
This one is SEVER my foot is shaking and that indicates a huge aniety attack! I am also started getting a dry nmouth so it is pretty sever!

I am going to make some green tea! I have felt like I was going crazy all day I have been checkeing my vital signs all day and I think if I have a aniety attack I will hopfly feel better!

Please how can I clam my self?
I am 14 with a sever anixety and panic disorder with mild deprsion and ocd disorder!

I can feel the hart flutters coming on I feel like I am going to faint! THIS IS BULL **** I cant take this **** anymore!
At least once a day I feel like I am going to die half the time!

Dear One, I hope your have made yourself some tea. I also recommend it to be decaffeinated. It would be good if your can find something to distract yourself. Calming music, tv. Know that YOU ARE SAFE. Write this down on a piece of paper and put it in front of yourself. This shall pass also. You will be ok. You will not die from this panic attack. Try to regulate your breathing. Inhale through the nose, hold it for about 3 - 4 seconds, then exhale evenly through your mouth. Imagine blowing away the stress. Just know you are cared about and loved. Again, this will pass. Take good care of yourself. Be compassionate for yourself and be patient. Take good care.



Well thinking about the anxiety is never a good way to stop it. The anxious feeling over time will become commonplace and you won't notice it as much. You need to work to not notice it and when you do have it keep your mind off of it and it becomes unnoticeable. As it becomes unnoticeable you won't think about it and it just fades away.

Trust me.. I went through a lot of anxiety attacks.. it does go away over time.

Find someone to talk to, it really helps.
