Does anyone else get nervous when handed back change?!

Question: Does anyone else get nervous when handed back change!?
When ever i want to buy a product, i get real nervous about having the right amount of money!. For instance, something will be like $59!.65 and i'll say to myself i have 2- 20's 4- 5's and 1- 10!. I have enough money, so no big deal, right!? That's not really my point!.

So i get up there and want to reach for that last 5 but i grab the 10 because its the first thing i see in my wallet!. i get really nervous at when checking out because i feel like everybody in line and the cashier wants me to hurry up!. It's weird i know!!!

But the worst part is when she the cashier gives me back THE CHANGE!. I keep on fumbling my money and try to decide if i want to put it in my wallet or not and then decide to just throw it in my wallet or pocket or whatever just to get out of there !. And its so hard for me to find my pocket to put the money into!. I feel like im the slowest thing trying to manage!.

I ALMOST HAVE A PANIC ATTACK JUST TRYING TO COLLECT MY CHANGE!. lol

I was just wondering if anybody else has gone through something similar or if this happens to them too on a daily basis when they have to buy essentials for life!.

-Thanks BrandonWww@Answer-Health@Com

Brandon, I have experienced a little bit of this but I don't think to the intensity that you are describing!. People in line sometimes do complain or stare daggers into you when you are keeping them waiting!. The healthy person will not be bothered by this as what other people think of you is really none of your business!. Most people are too preoccupied with their own thoughts and worries anyway, to spend much energy on you or me!.
Perhaps it would help to talk to someone about this a little!. It could be a mild form of paranoia and/or some obsessive compulsiveness!. I can't diagnose you over the computer so I will just recommend that you find a close friend, teacher, school counselor, school nurse, parent or even a therapist to talk to for maybe a session or 3!. You are obviously concerned or you wouldn't be asking here!. And if you are concerned, it must be disturbing the normal flow of your life!. That means it is a problem!. It can probably be dealt with since you are catching it early!.

1-800-SUICIDE (you don't have to be suicidal to call) will connect you with a local counselor who will talk to you and perhaps connect you with someone f2f!.

www!.Live-Counselor!.com is another source where you can talk to a professional free for 10 min!. and then pay over the phone or online to talk on the phone or via webcam online!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Awww it's okay!. I used to cashier for a year and a half, and if somebody was slow I wouldn't judge them or anything!! Seriously cashiers do the same thing on and on all day long that they aren't going to notice!.!.!. and usually people waiting in line aren't looking or paying attention!. Seriously don't worry about it!!! People ALWAYS fumble for their money!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
